In-Studio Daily Classes Health + Safety Protocol

  • Mask Policy: If you are fully vaccinated, and wish to remove your mask, you may take class without a mask on.
    • For the safety of our staff and other students, please continue to wear a mask in the common areas where social distancing is harder to maintain.
    • Masks will still be required for:
      • Anyone who is not fully vaccinated
      • All clients and HH staff in common areas – teachers and clients have the option to wear mask or not when class is in session
  • We encourage you to bring your own equipment and accessories, but we do have brand new Manduka mats available for rental and to be wiped down and sanitized after use.
    • Rentals: yoga mats are $5
    • Yoga blocks must be wiped down and sanitized after use.
  • We ask that all clients update their account with a credit card if possible to ensure a contactless environment.
  • We are strictly enforcing our cancellation + no-show policies to ensure as many people are able to flow:
    • Please remember to cancel your reservation with at least 12 hours notice.
    • If you no-show, you will lose the class from your account. Those on Unlimited Memberships will be automatically charged for the no-show.
  • For the safety of you and others in the studio room, late-entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Clients will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 10 minutes before class, and must leave by 10 minutes after class ends.

Check In

  • Contactless rentals or purchases are available using your card on file.
  • Please use hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • Please wear a mask in common areas.
  • Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class, give your name at reception and proceed to your mat.

During your Practice

  • Capacity has been reduced to 10 people inside and 14 people outside for yoga mats, and 14 people inside and 20 people outside for sitting meditation
  • Equipment Cleaning: cleaning supplies will be provided to disinfect your rental mat or any of your own equipment at the end of class.
  • To ensure optimal air quality, our studio room has HEPA A/Cs to filter the air and reduce airborne contaminants, including viruses, throughout class. In between classes, we will exhaust the air directly to the outside and exchange it for fresh air. We will also have a number of classes on our outdoor deck daily

Community Accountability

  • If you aren’t feeling well or, have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please don’t attend class.
  • If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your last visit, please email the studio, and we’ll immediately notify all potentially exposed people and disinfect the studio according to CDC recommendations.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative


What if I've never taken a yoga or a meditation class?

We have different types of yoga classes at HealHaus – there’s something for every level of student. To see the different types of classes we offer, click here!

We also have amazing meditation teachers from a variety of different teaching backgrounds. They offer simple techniques in an accessible and inviting way. Our teachers will help guide you through the class.


Do you have lockers on site?

We have individual lockers to store your items—please remember to turn your cell phone off or put the ringer on silent.


Are there showers on site?

We do not have showers on site, but we do have a bathroom for changing.


What are your cancellation policies?

Yoga Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class. No refund within two hours of class.

Meditation Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class. No refund within two hours of class.

Workshop Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a workshop you signed up for, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You will be credited the full amount of the workshop cost towards a future workshop. Cancellations within a 24 hour period cannot be credited.

Digital Membership Cancellation: HH Studio memberships can be cancelled at any time with the exception of 3 month commitment options. There are no refunds once payment is processed. Please click here to cancel your membership.


How do I cancel my membership?

To terminate, please log in to your MindBody consumer account on your desktop and go to My Info > Account. (Contract cancellation unavailable on the app)

Go to the Auto Pays section and click on Terminate next to the contract you wish to terminate.

Please keep in mind that you are terminating effective immediately. If you had a payment come out you are out of that money and the pricing option will now be expired.


How do you book a private practitioner service?

Please click here to book a private service.

Please be advised the private appointments are not booked until the practitioner confirms the date and time. The practitioner will confirm the booking request within 24 hours. Upon receiving confirmation from the practitioner, please remit payment for the booking with the practitioner.

Our private practitioners are all professionally licensed. Terms, conditions and cancellation policies are subject to each individual practitioner.
