Balance and Flow

This is a Vinyasa Flow class designed for people who want to start integrating arm balances and inversions into their practice. With a primary focus on breath and awareness of your body, the instructor will guide you through the progressions and alignment required to start taking your asana practice to new heights. This class is appropriate for all yoga students who have curiosity and desire to strengthen their asana practice with gentleness and self-awareness. There will be progressions for beginners.
