Breath & Sound Meditation

This class harnesses the power of the breathe and using it as a tool to build your own meditation practice. We will practice breathing mindfully and use the breathe to increase our self-awareness to our thought patterns and connect to our bodies. This class incorporates vibrational sounds to activate your inner healer. You will leave this class feeling an energetic shift in your mind and body!
