Breathe & Sound Meditation

This class harnesses the power of the breathe and using it as a tool to build your own meditation practice. We will practice breathing mindfully and use the breathe to increase our self-awareness to our thought patterns as well as the sensations in our bodies. We incorporate the sound of our voice to activate our inner healer and address various points in the body that can block the optimal flow of energy. You will leave this class feeling an energetic shift in your mind and body!
