Breathwork for Trauma

When we experience pain or trauma, those experiences lodge themselves in our body and our psyche. Breathwork is a two-stage pranayama breathing which facilitates the release of stuck energy and emotions. Through the breath you will release tension, gain mental clarity and move the body out of the fight-flight-or-freeze response into a restorative rest-and-digest state.

Laura uses a combination of guided visualization, the breath, and Reiki to coax the body into a deeply relaxed and open state allowing it to heal. Pain and trauma are pulled up and safely shed physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Endorphins are released producing a beautiful natural high, quieting the mind, and allowing the body to be more present.

During this workshop, you will leave behind the layers that no longer serve you. You will shed the pain holding you back, allowing your true essence to shine through.
