Breathwork to Release Trauma

When we experience pain or trauma, those experiences lodge themselves in our body and our psyche. Breathwork is a two stage pranayama breathing which facilitates the release of stuck energy and emotions from the body. Through the breath you will gain mental clarity and physical and emotional relief and relaxation. This releases endorphins and enables the letting go of traumatic events, negative thought patterns and assists in healing traumatic wounds.

Laura uses a combination of guided visualization, the breath and Reiki to coax the body into a deeply relaxed and open state conducive to healing. Trauma is pulled up and released physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

During this workshop, you will leave behind the layers that no longer serve you. You will shed the pain holding you back, allowing your true essence to shine through.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen.
