All levels flow to release and restore. This class will focus on deep stretches and postures that release tension and trauma in the body. Some poses will be held for 5-10 minutes so that the body can reach a deeper state of relaxation. Poses include (but not limited to) hip, heart and shoulder openers. Most postures will be floor level followed by a restorative savasana. Prepare for deep breathing, releasing and relaxation.

We will use props; blankets, blocks, bolsters etc. to make yourself feel supported and comfortable through your practice.
