The purpose of meditation is to bring awareness to our thoughts so that we can have a deeper understanding of ‘self’, and better control over our actions and responses.

In this session we will focus on using sound and breath work to release and shift energy within the body so that we can enter a deeper state of awareness, balance and relaxation in the mind. Once the mind is in a state of balance we can become more grounded and at peace with ourself and our purpose in the world.
