De-Stress Meditation

With all that is happening in our world, this is the time to release stress and bring a sense of calm within the body. In order to do this, we must first become aware of what we are truly experiencing. Without judgement, we will explore witnessing the pain, tensions, and/or suffering, and give ourselves the permission to heal the body, by utilizing various breathing techniques, to release what the body no longer needs.
