Heart-Mind Meditation

When we are in close relationships with our inner worlds, we are more whole and better able to show up for ourselves and others. In this meditation, we move toward wholeness through the exploration of the heart and mind. We’ll look at how our thoughts and emotions manifest into actions and patterns in our daily lives. With compassionate-inquiry, we’ll open a gateway toward being in intimate contact with ourselves and building the inner-resilience we need.
