HH Open Level Vinyasa

This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students who have some or no experience with yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for level 1 students as well as more challenging poses for advanced students. This class links yoga postures with breath and incorporates flowing sequences with an attention to alignment, as well as opportunities for stillness and reflection. Classes are thoughtful and invite you to explore the deeper aspects of yoga. Above all else, this class wants you to move like you. To intuitively listen to what your body needs in the present moment.
