HH Open Level Vinyasa

This yoga class is for students with some experience with the foundational elements taught in Level 1. Open level suggests that participants have some knowledge of modifications that meet their body’s needs, with guidance from the yoga teacher. This class links yoga postures with breath and incorporates flowing sequences including Sun Salutations. Classes are an exploratory blend of posture and mindfulness that invite vigor, breath, and precision, all taught through an inclusive, adaptive and trauma-informed lens. Expect to learn something new about yourself and yoga with each visit. Appropriate for students with level 1/2 or higher experience.
