HH Restorative Yoga

Wednesdays  |  10 – 11 PM

This class is structured to soften and release. Beginning with gentle movement to open and warm the body, we’ll move on to use props to support us in a series of 5-7 prolonged postures. This practice facilitates deep release in the connective tissue and calms the nervous system. Class ends in a nurturing supported savasana and Yoga Nidra.

We ask that you find a quiet space in your home for this class. You can be creative with your props! Bolsters, couch cushions, pillows, blankets, rolled towels, foam rollers, or blocks. (Have at least some blankets and pillows on hand).
