This morning flow is the perfect early practice to awaken the body and prepare the mind for the day. Moving through dynamic Asana, building heat, strength & flexibility creates a balanced relationship between all senses. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students who have some or no experience with yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for level 1 students as well as more challenging poses for advanced students. Above all else, this class wants you to move like you. To intuitively listen to what your body needs in the present moment.
