This yoga class is for students with some experience with the foundational elements taught in Level 1. Level 1 suggests that participants have some knowledge of modifications that meet their body’s needs, with guidance from the yoga teacher. This class links yoga postures with breath and incorporates flowing sequences with an attention to alignment. Classes are an exploratory blend of posture and mindfulness that invite vigor, breath, and precision. Expect to learn something new about yourself and yoga with each visit. Above all else, this class wants you to move like you. To intuitively listen to what your body needs in the present moment.
