Experience a slower pace, meditative class focused on a selectively chosen number of postures to care for your tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. You are welcome to use blocks (books can be alternatives), a firm pillow or bolster (rolled up towels can be alternatives), and a strap (towels, scarves, or ties can be alternatives) throughout your practice. This class invites you to cushion the places in you that feel tight and tender.
