Our hope is to empower individuals seeking to deepen their connection to inner resources of insight and capacity to make important choices, ultimately establishing goals for a healthier lifestyle and overall well-being.

Recognizing that each individual has innate wisdom to make their own decisions, ourapproach is not to tell you what you should or should not do concerning decisions and goals. The approach with our wellness coaching is to promote a safe space to express yourself, hear the answers already within you, and feel supported through the process of achieving your goals.

What makes coaching with us different? We view individuals as more than just their symptoms, aches, pains and diagnoses. We view people in their true, whole potential and being- body, mind and spirit, with experiences and stories to share. Throughout the years, nurses have been found to be the most trusted profession. Studies show that the therapeutic presence and interaction between a nurse and an individual can often be a healing moment, promoting comfort, support, and lowering one’s stress level when discussing personal experiences.

Within a coaching session, mindfulness practices such as breath awareness, guided imagery, meditation practices, art therapy, and journaling may be incorporated to bring awareness and intention for the session. An Integrative Health and Wellness Assessment survey acts as a visual tool to guide you through how you feel in the different areas that make up wellness- physical, emotional, social, intellectual, financial, spiritual and environmental. We will discuss the topics you feel open to sharing and will discover strategies to assist you in meeting your desired goals. In between sessions you will have 24 hour access to emailing me and the option of check-ins via text messages, emails or phone calls.
