We live in a future goal driven society, that oftentimes loses site of the present moment. When we bring attention to our desired intention in the present moment, we can determine the quality of our life’s journey, independent of future outcome.

In this contemplative meditation, you will be guided in choosing how you wish to show up in life, by connecting mind and body with a quality or characteristic, that resonates with, and enhances your relationships, and day to day experiences within your communities.
