Kemetic Yoga meditation uses ancient Egyptian methods of deep breathing and other breathing techniques that help create better circulation in the body, bringing in more oxygen and reduces stress. The movement will be subtle and gentle, all while relaxing body and mind. Traditional and Ancient Egyptian chanting will be used to help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), but also connect us with our deeper selves.
