Late Summer Slowdown: Sound Bath + Movement

The Slowdown is a 90-minute experience to relax body and mind. You’ll begin with a seated meditation, move through a gentle yoga flow, settle into some supported yin and restorative shapes, and finish bathed in sound. All bodies and abilities welcome. All props and cozy clothes encouraged. Within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), one of the wisdom traditions that informs yin yoga, there are 5 seasons: autumn, winter, spring, summer, and late summer. This workshop is meant to help us transition from summer to late summer.
