Loving Kindness Meditation

Loving Kindness is a beautiful concept also known as Metta and Maitri in the Buddhist traditions. Kindness is an essential part of going inside to sit with ones inner self for any length of time in meditation. This weekly 30 minute experience will be a guided exploration of contemplative practice from a wide range of sources and traditions. We will explore the art and science of spending time without judgement and sit with compassion towards our inner landscape. Lora shares practices gathered from many years as an active student of transformative technologies ancient and modern.
