Loving Kindness Meditation

Resentments and pain can get in the way of our ability to be truly present to the goodness in ourselves and others. Compassion and love are the keys to connection but most of us are not taught how to utilize these tools to our benefit.

With forgiveness and loving Kindness meditation we will clear the mental and heart space necessary to accept our humanity and live a more grateful, more connected experience through the power of our tenderness.
