This blissful mindfulness experience will explore the expanse of our senses in a relaxing meditation. Enjoy a Vijnana-Bhairava-Tantric approach to allowing the 8 primary senses to serve as a portal for activating your awareness, intuition, and inner balance. Allow the therapeutic sound and multi-sensory meditation to alchemize for a pleasurable and transportive restorative practice.
