Mindful Breath Meditation

As we draw our awareness beyond our thoughts, there is a present state of serenity waiting for us to dwell within. The serene asks that you allow your mind to rest and surrender to what is arising internally for illumination, processing and releasing. If we are afraid to confront our suffering, we will not be able to realize the path to liberation.

Through mindfully concentrating on the breath and sensations in the body, we bring mind and body into a place of wholeness, acceptance and compassion for healing. Mindful breathing awakens clarity, reduces stress, promotes mental-emotional health, and detoxifies the body. You’ll leave this meditation class with useful self-healing tools and clarity.
