Need to unwind from your day? This 60 minute practice is aimed at releasing mental and physical tension while inviting the qualities of grounding. calm and ease, to help you settle in for a deeper, more restful sleep.

The practice begins with simple breathing techniques, supported postures and gentle stretches to prepare the body and mind for stillness.

You’ll then be guided through the steps of yogic sleep, the space between waking and dreaming, where deep rest and relaxation is explored. Through a withdrawal of the senses, conscious breathing and guided visualizations, the body/mind begins to soften and let go. So grab your pillows, blankets and blocks and get ready to unwind!
