Resistance Flow

An active and restorative movement practice for all levels based in Chinese Medicine. This class incorporates the wisdom of Ancient Chinese Medicine, and is inspired by the expertise of R. Cooley, and the traditions of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Chinese Medicine mapping will guide our yoga postures and resistance stretches that engage and shape the fascia, and we will find key Accupressure points to fine tune our energetic frequency. The class will ebb and flow in focus according to the seasons and the practitioners’ needs.
