Root To Rise Yoga

This open-level Vinyasa class is designed to encourage you to build on foundational poses and breathe through challenges that arise throughout the class. The instructor will offer modifications and adjustments to alignment throughout the class, as well as variations to poses for students who would like to take their practice a bit further. Come to class prepared to sweat, breathe, awaken your senses through a focused flow that will make room for you to find your edge.
