Serene Sunday Meditation

A 30 minute meditation to transition into the new week! In a soothing atmosphere, you will be guided into the inner quiet of your ‘Self’, experiencing peace and calm in your both physical & mental body. The goal of meditation is to experience our essential nature—which is described as peace, happiness, and bliss.

During practice we focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
