VinHatha Flow

A blend of Vinyasa breath movement and longer, more traditional Hatha holds, Vin-Hatha offers students the opportunity to both move through and be within the postures. With a focus on alignment and therapeutic techniques, students will explore what it means to find healthy, strong, empowering postures while experiencing a deepening breath practice, allowing for stress and trauma to be diluted while optimal health and wellness to grow. This practice encourages deeper mindfulness, orientation and attunement within the postures. Classes will be challenging, creative and inspiring, guiding students to go beyond preconceived notions of who they are and what they can do on the mat.
