Vinhatha Flow

A blend of Vinyasa breath movement and longer, more traditional Hatha holds, Vin-Hatha offers students the opportunity to both move through and be within the postures. With a focus on alignment and therapeutic techniques, students will explore what it means to find healthy, strong, empowering postures while experiencing a deepening breath practice, allowing for stress and trauma to be diluted while optimal health and wellness to grow.
