“Yoga Pulse” is an open level vinyasa flow following rhythmic movement. This class links yoga postures with breath and incorporates a “pulse” like effect throughout the flowing sequences with an attention to alignment. This fluid style invites the joints and ligaments to awaken gradually while offering a dynamic approach to the overall practice. Expect to learn a diverse sequence where poses are not held for too long and free movement is encouraged. Above all else, have fun while honoring what your body needs.
