Yoga Pulse is a vinyasa flow following rhythmic movement. This class links yoga postures with breath and incorporates a “pulse” like effect throughout the flowing sequences with an attention to alignment. This fluid style loosens the joints and offers a dynamic approach to the overall class. Expect to learn a diverse sequence where poses are not held for too long and free movement is encouraged. Above all else, have fun while honoring what your body needs. This yoga class is for students with some experience with the foundational elements taught in Level 1. Level 1 suggests that participants have some knowledge of modifications that meet their body’s needs, with guidance from the yoga teacher.
