Annie Fileta

Annie Fileta is focused on helping stressed out New Yorkers undo more. She believes that anyone can do yoga and, with practice, it can help undo the layers of stress that accumulate over time on the mind and body.

Annie loves teaching yoga newbies or those who just want to bring more mindfulness to their practice. Her classes are focused on both movement with the breath and careful alignment. Most importantly, you’ll break a sweat, center your soul, and walk away feeling calm and energized.

She received both her 200-hour and 500-hour certification through Yogaworks with Heather Seagraves.
