Carleen Shankle

Yoga has been the balancing element in my life. It allows me to be still in a way where I’m able to connect to my body, spirit and mind. I also get chance to have fun while still being challenged on a deeper level. Lastly, this practice keeps me honest, compassionate and offers me the fullest self care.

I’ve been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for 9 Years and I’m still learning and having fun. The best part is I get to share it with others. My teaching style is very dance like and fluid. I promote individuality when I teach, allowing my fellow practitioners to honor and trust their own bodies. Truly, everyone deserves this practice and I feel honored to be able to give back.
