Dana Pensabene

Dana is a Holistic Health Guide based in Brooklyn, NY. She is forever devoted to expanding her knowledge of the body and the mind so she can better support the health and happiness of herself and her community. She guides yoga and meditation with intention, based on student needs and the climate of what’s happening in the world.

She holds a 500-hour YTT through Modo Yoga and has since continued her yogic learning through teaching, meditating, and pranayama breathwork.

In all aspects of her life, she is devoted to supporting others with their intentions, whether it’s through yoga and her 1:1 Holistic Health guidance, or developers & designers on her teams at work in her 9-5.

She is excited, humbled, and honored by the opportunity to spread her passion of mindfulness, yoga and well-being to those curious of self-discovery and exploration.
