Dana Pensabene

Dana is a Yoga Teacher and Project Manager based in Brooklyn, NY with a background in Health Coaching, Pilates, and various styles of Yoga. She is forever devoted to expanding her knowledge of the body and the mind so she can better support the health and happiness of herself and her community. She guides yoga and meditation with intention, based on student needs and the climate of what’s happening in the world.

She holds a 500-hour YTT through Modo Yoga (Hatha) and a 200 YTT through Sarai (Katonah, Vinyasa, Traditional Hot).

In all aspects of her life, she is devoted to supporting others with their intentions, whether it’s through yoga and her 1:1 Holistic Health guidance, or working with creatives in her marketing job.
She is excited, humbled, and honored by the opportunity to spread her passion of mindfulness, yoga and well-being to those curious of self-discovery and exploration.
