Dana Pensabene

Dana is an ever-evolving yoga student and teacher based in Brooklyn, NY. She is fascinated by the transformative nature of the practice—how it can heal the body, bring clarity to the mind, and evoke the desire to do and be better for oneself and the planet as a whole.

She committed fully to her yoga practice in her early 20s when she was yearning for something more than what her conventional 9 to 5 lifestyle offered her. Today, Dana uses her practice and teaching for grounding, inspiration, and as a challenge for the body and mind.

Dana’s yoga teaching journey began in 2019 when she completed a 500 hour YTT with Modo Yoga. Since then, she has graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, and completed a 200 hour YTT with Sarai Yoga. In her latest studies, her focus spanned across Katonah, Traditional Hot and Vinyasa yoga.

Dana is excited, humbled and honored by the opportunity to spread this sacred practice with others.
