The goal of my practice is to utilize a nurturing environment and active listening to facilitate Solution-Focused Therapy to help foster growth through life transitions.

My objective is to view each individual through a unique perspective and to develop a holistic pathway to healing. Partnering together in order to work towards self- responsibility, self-determination, and most importantly self- empowerment to promote positive change in life.

Through Evidence Based Practices I can help you develop effective skills and techniques that can be used to cope with difficult situations in life. A pillar of my practice is Mindfulness- Based Therapy, by being present in the “here and now” verses “past and future”. Other specific therapeutic approaches I incorporate includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength Based Therapy while maintaining Cultural Sensitivity.
