Kirat Randhawa

Kirat Randhawa is a New York based meditation instructor and the founder of A Kind Rupture: an independent offering that implements contemplative training into client work as a method to explore oneself intimately. She is currently a student at Columbia University studying the role of contemplative training within the field of psychology and how associated practices can be used as instruments for individual and societal transformation. Kirat aims to integrate Buddhist philosophy into a traditional psychotherapeutic framework to support others on their path toward self-actualization. The philosophy behind Kirat’s work is focused on facilitating a subtle, societal shift beautifully designed for each individual’s participation.
