Rochelle Wilbun

Rochelle Jamila Wilbun is a southern Black full spectrum womb attendant (doula), dancer, and healing artist blossoming on the unceded lands of the Lenape and Carnasie people. Rochelle integrates movement, earth medicine, and traditional womb care to offer holistic support through birth, menstruation, and other reproductive stages. Rochelle holds space for bleeding and birthing people to trust in their bodies’ natural cycles and deepen their relationship to Nature. A dancer of 24 years, Rochelle finds joy in sharing dance and earth reverence as practices of liberation for all people and the Earth. She has completed 800 hours of herbal apprenticeship with Flower Power NYC, studied with herbalists across Turtle Island and the Caribbean, and has 400 hours of training as a yoga and meditation teacher. Rochelle’s latest passion is sharing menstrual health education and womb wisdom through her Womb Guidance and WombDance offerings.
